SAUNDERS, Audrey Rosaline: A resident of Otaki for 35 or so years passed away peacefully at Palmerston North Hospital on 22 June 2019 aged 92 years. She is missed by her family and remaining friends including John Boyd, Tony Nightingale, her grandsons Michael, Stuart and Matthew, her daughter Carol and friends Lynne Scott and Leone Christian amongst others. Her sister Eileen passed some years ago in Queenborough, Kent. Audrey was a quiet unassuming person who enjoyed living life with a smile, and established a good life for herself on arriving in Otaki from South London. A Memorial service for Audrey will be held on Monday 1st July at 2.00pm, Harvey’s Chapel, 14 Rangatira Street, Otaki. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
